This Agreement is designed to replace the Terms of Services and Privacy Policies that apply to Public Jurisdiction.

Soul Design Living Membership Agreement 

A Private Contract Membership Association

I hereby accept the terms of membership in the Soul Divine Living Membership Association (hereinafter Association), a private venue, original and exclusive jurisdiction membership association available only by invitation and with application approval. With the sealing of this membership agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of the Association. 

By signing this agreement I agree to act in accordance with Soul Design Living's Mission  Statement: We support and nourish women and mothers, and in turn their children, by providing resources, transformative tools, and regenerative protocols for life nourishment and thrive-ability. Through one-on-one sessions and group activities—including mentorship, ceremonies, councils, and retreats—we offer land reconnection, rites of passage, self-care and community care practices, integration, holistic health protocols, healing technologies, and products. 

This Association of members, hereby declares that our purpose is to support women, mothers, and children to THRIVE!

As members, we affirm jurisdiction under inherent law as Divine Law. This agreement is entered as the primary benefit of joining this membership is to feel held in a container of compassion and care, and experience holistic well-being and evolutionary growth for women, mothers, and their children. This agreement is between members of the Association in a private relationship.  In confirmation, I have freely chosen to change my legal status in this Association from a public person to a private member of the Association. My activities within the Association are protected by this private contract that precludes me from sharing any information regarding the Association or fellow Members with the public or any non-members. Thus, I hereby certify, attest, and warrant that I, of sound mind and body,  and competent to sign, have carefully read and understood the plain language of this agreement for the Soul Design Living and voluntarily accept the private terms to bind myself, nominees, agents and assigns in confidentiality for a minimum of 20 years.
